NFL Nears Deal with YouTube for Five Exclusive Games Next Season

Last updated 13 hours ago
The NFL and YouTube have entered a long-form contract review for streaming five exclusive games in 2025, including potential slots like the Week 1 game in Australia, a Thanksgiving Eve matchup, an extra Black Friday game, and a Christmas Eve showdown. This follows schedule changes that freed up inventory after ESPN acquired NFL Network and RedZone, and the end of confusing Monday Night Football doubleheaders. While YouTube's existing Sunday Ticket deal gives it an edge, fans express frustration over the growing list of streaming services needed to watch games, from Prime Video to Peacock and more, often costing nearly $1,000 a year.

Pretty stupid trade for the Bungles. Lawrence was pretty awful last yr, averaged less than 2 tackles per game and managed only 1/2 a sack for the entire season. He also had only 14 solo tackles in 17 games. And he wants a massive raise. He also looks like he weighs 400 lbs.

But it might help us on draft night, hopefully the Giants take a WR or OL with 1 of the 2 picks. Before the odds were pretty strong the 5th and 10th picks would both be defense.

So you pan this trade but support the Williams trade that could very well be a high first round pick....and we also gave up a second rounder to boot. You can argue that Williams may be a bit better of a NT but my point is still the same; you don't trade a premium pick for a non premium position. The Bengals got fleeced....but so did we.

If ours ended up a top-10 pick I'd be disappointed. I don't think it will be but injuries are always the great equalizer.

Williams has been the more productive player and wasn't coming off a season in which he had 1/2 sack and 14 solo tackles either.

I think Lawrence is regarded as more of a true NT type whereas Williams is more versatile and can handles the run and pass very well.

This makes me think the Giants were more than happy to get rid of him for the primo pick. If they wanted him there, they could have easily done something similar.

I mean there's no arguing he was really good most of his career, but last yr he wasn't and he is fat as hell now. I think the Giants got a gift from the Bengals.

This is why Jerry should've traded Parsons before the draft instead of sweating out how the Packers were doing week to week.

Jerry and Spawn are complete boobs but we know why they didnt trade him during the draft. They never thought for a second they wouldnt get a deal done with him and keep him long term. Hard for me to pin any real blame on them for that.

They only gave up and traded him after Parsons and his agent went 100% turd, and that didnt happen until camp/preseason.
