Seattle has nothing secure in this deal. They haven't been worth a shit in the draft, so the picks they got are total unknowns. Wilson isn't an unknown. The team that lands the star, wins the fucking trade. Denver took a shit on Seattle. Seattle is going nowhere, Denver now has to be considered a SB threat.

When has Wilson been to a SB since signing a mega deal ? Denver got monkey hammered in this deal and still isn't even the best team in their division. They might still be the 3rd or 4th lols

Like Dooms said, Seattle hasnt been very good in the draft (and has made a number of really stupid trades the last 5 or 6 years). Wilson is a legit big-time QB.
Denver appears to have a decent amount of offensive skill talent around Wilson. Not sure about their OL but their defense is pretty good too.

The QB alone is responsible for the team getting to the SB? QB was never Seattle's problem. It is now, in a big way.
They traded a future hall of fame QB for a handful of draft picks and one decent defensive player. There's nobody knowledgeable who thinks this is a good deal for Seattle. Nobody that isn't a 12 year-old.
