2025 Week One: Dallas Cowboys vs. Philadelphia Eagles

Here we go folks, back to reality. Some will talk about the benefits of the new coaching regime, some will talk of projected improvements in the offense with the addition of George Pickens, some will even go addition by subtraction with the trade of Micah Parsons. But only one thing is certain, seeing is believing. Show me the defense stepping up and playing better than last year, stopping Hurts, Saquon and company. Show me an offensive game plan that is better than those in recent memory. Show me a running game that is very much a mystery solving itself. Show me that Dak's body and head are both on straight. Until they do, optimism does not live in this house. 34-23 Iggles, prove me wrong 'boys.

I was sure we were going to lose before the Micah trade.

I think it's probably going to be pretty ugly. OL didn't get enough reps together and Guyton/Diggs are both question marks for this game. I doubt we'll be able to run much and that means more passing from 4, which will likely mean turnovers.

Week two v NYG will probably be better but I think we lose pretty big Thursday night. Eagles -7.5 seems like a lock to me.
