Jeremiah has us picking an OT at 24 (Oregon's JPJ is taken a few spots earlier) but it's the player drafted next that might be a fit here too. Especially with the "he fits anywhere in the secondary" comment. For Zimmer, DeJean might remind him some of Harrison Smith from an athletic standpoint. Has played exclusively at CB I believe, but many draft profiles of him say he could easily play safety as well. Gilmore says he wants to return but he is a FA, Joudain Lewis is a FA and probably won't be back. Diggs is coming off the major injury. Drafting a CB that could also play FS with range might not be a bad move. I don't think Zimmer is going to love Hooker and his lack of range, Kearse is a FA who prob wont be back. D Wilson is more of a strong safety type.

Dallas Cowboys
Tyler Guyton
Oklahoma · OT · Senior
With Tyron Smith headed for free agency, the Cowboys can have 2022 first-rounder Tyler Smith man one tackle spot while Guyton takes the other.

Green Bay Packers
Cooper DeJean
Iowa · CB · Junior
DeJean just feels like a Packers player. He could play any position in the secondary. The speed and athleticism are legit, as we will see at the NFL Scouting Combine.

His 2nd half of rookie season was legit. Looked like a real superstar in the making.

Had decent years in 2005 and 2006, then fell off the map and left for Seattle in 2008.

Jones had two games in his career over 194 yards rushing in a game and his rookie year he had 100+ games of 149, 150 and 198. Also had three straight games of 30+ carries that yr.

Would think we may have interest here:

Wisconsin-Logo-e1687794406788.png
BRAELON ALLEN, RB, WISCONSIN

There are only three running backs since 1999 to run a sub-4.60-second 40-yard dash at 240 or more pounds: Derrick Henry, Leonard Fournette and AJ Dillon. Of those three running backs, the fastest was Fournette at 4.51 seconds.

Braelon Allen makes this list because he can do something we haven't seen done in over 20 years: run a sub-4.50-second 40-yard dash at 240-plus pounds at the running back position.

Allen is reportedly up to 245 pounds but is still expected to run in the 4.45-4.48-second range. If that happens, it would be one of the most spectacular combine performances by a running back.

There are some reports he could post a 1.49-second 10-yard split, which round rank in the 95th percentile among all running backs since 1999. The last running back over 230 pounds to run a post a sub-1.50-second 10-yard split was Jonathan Stewart (1.46) ahead of the 2008 NFL Draft. Only eight running backs since 1999 have posted a sub-1.50-second 10-yard split.

Allen should also post elite jump scores and arguably the best bench numbers among the running backs. If he can perform as well as expected, Allen could be among the biggest risers at his position this offseason.

There just aren’t a lot of players like him right now in the NFL.

He's tiny
hes a day 3 prospect and im not saying to draft him and make him your #1 guy or anything

hes very similar in size to cooks (same height but about 10-12 lbs lighter)

i like USC for receivers , and they have a good track record of NFL talent at that position, especially recently
