If we had a coached and 52 other guys with his passion we wouldn't be the picture of mediocrity that we are almost every yr

He is a dumb player. He demonstrates it every game. You're more worried about MY words than you are his while a pick is being carried back for six.

Demarcus Lawrence got credit for another sack in the first half, nearly had 1 or 2 others and also had a couple of great stops vs the run.

In a total disaster season, he's turned into a real bright spot. He has really come on last 4-6 games and doesn't just show a flash play here or there anymore. Looks like he is really getting used to playing LDE.

Gregory starting to show some of the explosion he did during preseason too.

Not this season he's not.

He's a player that has done great things in the past. But this season he can barely catch the ball. I would not surprise me if he has more drops than catches on the season.

I'm not sure what's going on with him this season but he looks like shit this year!

Last game was a perfect example of that

6 targets, 3 drops, and 1 single catch for a total of 9 yards

Even a fourth stringer should never perform that badly

Let alone our star receiver who we just paid $70 mil to and signed long term

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that this type of play is typical for Dez

There is something clearly going on with him this season

But like it or not he is playing like shit all season long

I bet if he had been drafted by the Patriots (they obviously didn't want him since they traded with us so we could grab him..IIRC), they'd let him walk after his rookie contract. Of course this organization is no where close to the level of the patriots so they have to be beholden to guys like Dez.

And which by the way dbair, I have defended Dez for the most part this season, laying the blame for most of his issues on the COACHING. Including the mental discipline issues. Scot and i went round and round about it last week for about ten posts. So wipe Dez' jizz off your mouth and pay attention.

It's well known that all you have to do to get Dez off his game is start talking shit to him

He seems to switch his focus from actually catching the damn ball to talking trash

He lets guys get in his head to easily

He spends more time and energy on talking smack then on catching the ball and winning the game
