George: Why handing out new contracts would be bad for 6-1 Cowboys

Me too. They know this is a business.

George: Why handing out new contracts would be bad for 6-1 Cowboys

That's one thing the article writer doesn't take into account - people like McClain will be far more expensive later, rather than now. The writer merely focuses on hurt feelings of players who might not get a mid season new deal.

Colt McCoy to start vs Cowboys

We should wear our blue jerseys at home just to tweak the boneheads. RG Pee has talent?

George: Why handing out new contracts would be bad for 6-1 Cowboys

Well... I said re-up everybody now, everyone who is in their final year. But obviously you can't do that - some of these won't be back at all next season for whatever reason. So that means it is much better to wait until the offseason to start extensions. I stand corrected again.

Zack Martin better than Cowboys expected

No one has any special status. And especially not to be telling me what I "better" do. I did not mean that term the way it sounded, my apologies. However it WAS a hunt and as i said, your point was made and well taken.

Zack Martin better than Cowboys expected

I locked the thread. It had nothing to do with xxx and everything to do with it being totally derailed, and we have a second thread on the same topic anyway. You HAVE made your point though, with your find and quote witch hunt on xxx's anti-religious comments.

2014 - The year the DCU Homered out?

Overall, no. Yards surrendered, yes. Overall Dallas was 26th. 2013 NFL Opposition & Defensive Statistics | Pro-Football-Reference.com You're still making the "can't get any worse than that" argument, when clearly yes it can get and be, worse.

The real crime is, they could have stolen beer instead.

This reminds me of the time when a truckload of Viagra was stolen. Cops said it must have been hardened criminals responsible. Said they would be facing a stiff sentence when caught.

THE game changer is back in theaters. New trailer too. 2001: A Space Odyssey

I might have been all of 12 when I first saw 2001 on TV. SO boring to me at the time, never got through all of it. It wasn't until much later in life that I was able to sit through all of it. Same way with The Shining too, when it first came out. It just didn't grab and hold me as a 18 year old...

Amusing how the press and media are couching this, trying to portray Sam as a victim. Typical headline or sound byte invariably includes a line like, "Gay Missouri star dealt another NFL setback." He was not dealt a "setback." He failed to earn a spot on yet another NFL roster. He's not a...
