I felt the same way as Mid about Spears, and with good reason given how explosive and athletic he was at his size. But he's been pretty much a bust. I think he's just lazy, going back to when Parcells had to rail him as a rookie for being fat.

Definitely a good coach, also definitely overrated. Not some miracle worker, obviously. And the last guy was no slouch.
