I've seen it called when someone touches the ball after coming in bounds or something like that. The ref said the player made no attempt to come back in-bounds after he went out and gave up on the play. I didn't see that.

Truth be told, I'm not sure I've ever seen that called. We seem to get all these unique penalties called against us.

They're daring Prescott to beat them. And he's got 30 yards passing with 5 minutes left in the half. Thank God for Swaim's 11 yard reception on the screen. Honestly, I don't see much difference with this team or it's QB. But hey, at least no one is dropping any passes.
