Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

Did you just sleep through the 2016 season? Dez's problems started when for the first time in his playing career, coaches ASKED MORE OF HIM. We're not debating that fucking loser here. But there WAS chemistry until his Diva ass got offended. Twilly? Had his best years, with Dak.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

But hey look, I'm the only guy here who was saying "Don't pay Romo." And today I'm saying "Don't pay Dak." My stance hasn't budged one inch, I see them both as the same basic commodity - two guys who have zero accomplishments to point to, two guys who both had great chances to accomplish...

Exclusive tag costs us $33.4 million for 2020.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

It's not a "stat trap" when people use stats to defend Choker Tony, then you show that your current QB has pretty much the same stats - but without nearly the INTs or fumbles, and takes a lot fewer sacks. If Dak is "mediocre" then so was Choker Tony. That's the myth.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

Yeah our defense sure did a lot of "carrying" this year. Couldn't get off the field or stop TDs. Couldn't get any turnovers.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

LOL 5 picks in one game is "carrying." 2 for 14 on third down, consistently, is "carrying."

Which is 27 mil, minimum. My idea of exposing him is even more expensive, as we can't say "22 mil since no one tried to sign you."

You have no recall of the horrid games I watched, throughout the Romo tenure.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

The D in 2012 suffered from lots of offensive turnovers and bonehead plays, and tons of 3 and outs. Horrid offensive performance. ALL of the same complaints you have for Dak were also true of the QB in 2012.

And won't even be a blink. Already got the check filled out, just waiting on the little "Amount" box. Just like he did for Dez, Romo, etc and so on. He falls in love with the players, forgets it's business.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

LOL Good ole 2012 raises its ugly head again. So does comparisons of 16-game full seasons played otherwise.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

Next year sure as hell ain't. But let's be realistic, this aint the 83 draft by a long shot. Tua can't avoid injury in college, I don't want him on my roster in any capacity. Availability is the best ability.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

Me too. To watch some idiot pay for it. You don't have the money to do what you're thinking. Brady is gonna come expensive, cap-killing money. Added to if you want to keep Dak at all and have any chance at all of getting anything for him, you non-exclusive tag him and pay HIM 26 mil for next...
