Sequestering the fucking jury like responsible judges do would have made such commentary moot. It's the whole reason to do it, protect the jury from anything not presented in court as evidence. Mind boggling they weren't.

They use "Truth." Which can be anything you want OUTSIDE facts or logic. And carries a supposed superiority of morals connotation with it. When I hear that word used I know we are not dealing with fact or logic.
