Excuse my rare optimism but I think Martin is going to be very good. I was a huge DeCastro fan and I think Martin match's a lot of his toughness, aggression, but is way more athletic. He's no Jonathan Cooper but I think he's a 10-year fixture on the O Line and will see some Pro Bowls.

Stephen arranged a meeting with Jerry and Gruden last offseason so I think it remains a possibility, even if it's a small one. I do think Gruden has the ideal personality to balance Jerry, the Cowboys media, the expectations, and actually coach up this team.

Before this year I would have said Gruden is the only big name out there who could put Jerry in the corner but the recent issues in San Francisco makes me think Jim Harbaugh might be available next year too.

same 8-8 team but I think team flops earlier, possibly gives up on Garrett, 6-10. I believe in Romo's ability but I don't think we can stop anyone on D and I obviously have little faith in Garrett's coaching.
