I agree, but I think good coaching can limit the amount of bone headed plays from Romo. Don't pile the entire offense on Tony. Basically, that is the Cowboys offense now.....whatever Romo can create. No running game, idiot WRs like KO and an offensive playcaller that is inconsistent at best...

Jerry would need someone to talk him into it. He's convinced the 3-4 is the way to go, he's brought in personnel and coaches to run it and he wouldn't know if his players were better suited for a 4-3 anyway. Like any change in Dallas, someone has to get Jerry's ear and talk him into it.
