They're basing that on the leaked email, which does not exactly say that. They're assuming it. Someone needs to ask for clarification, there's no way the shooter jumped off a 3 story building.

I read it verbatim from the leaked email. It doesn't say he jumped off the building. It's implied. Some sharp reporter should ask how does he jump off a 3 story building and then get up and walk away.
