Can't have a fantasy football convention at a Vegas casino?

That's a persuasive article. I'm more sympathetic with Romo's position now. The NFL could have handled this much better. (we've been saying that quite often over recent years)

    We Signed Lache Seastrunk

Can't imagine there would be room for both him and Lance Dunbar on the same roster.

    Here's Caitlyn Jenner

This Jenner thing is yet another passing news-of-the-day item that really doesn't evoke much of a reaction from me. Honestly, I don't care much about it. If I thought about for a while I could come up with some sort of strong opinion and then, I guess, argue the point as if I cared about it...

Can't have a fantasy football convention at a Vegas casino?

I think you are right. Gambling has been a big part of the game for fans) for many decades. I think fantasy football has been a big part of the game's growing popularity. I think the NFL has fooled itself into thinking that they (the NFL) are driving the game's popularity and that changes...

    Darren McFadden

I would mind seeing Claiborne return kickoffs. He did it well at LSU. I'm not sure he has much else to offer the Cowboys at this stage. As a CB he's been mediocre.

Cowboys bring in RBs for workout

I'm taking this as further evidence of Randle being a knucklehead.

Cowboys bring in RBs for workout

From today's OTAs - Ryan Williams is sitting out with a knee issue (swollen). Apparent contradiction - Garrett tells media he spoke with Randle about meat-on-the-bone quote. Later, Randle is asked by media if Garrett had talked to him about the quote. Randle answers "Not at all."

    Darren McFadden

It isn't too farfetched to imagine Synjyn Days becoming the team's short yardage back. To me, Days looks too slow through the hole to be viable. There is a decent chance that Days' brief period of success at Georgia Tech has less to do with his athletic ability and more to do with Georgia...

    Darren McFadden

Interesting post, Statman. Although the list includes several HOF RBs, there are also some RBs who were very good, but not great. Barry Foster, for example. DeMarco Murray is much closer to a Barry Foster than Murray is to the HOFers on that list. No one who saw Eric Dickerson, (a young)...

Cowboys bring in RBs for workout

The OL had three young Pro-Bowlers and the NFL's leading rusher. There were some amazingly dominant individual plays ... blocking 10 ft+ wide running lanes ... giving Romo a ridiculous amount of time. Statistically, the OL was average-ish in sacks allowed. Of course Romo also had an...

Cowboys bring in RBs for workout

I've been puzzled by the Ryan Williams situation. The Cowboys liked him enough to sign him to a two-year deal, but didn't like him enough to play him last regular season (even when Murray was banged up). .... Apparently the (partial) answer is this: Williams simply did not want to leave...

2015 NFL Draft Prospect to Watch: LSU OT La’el Collins BBD Contributor: Brian Krosky At the beginning of the 2014 college football season, there were three offensive tackles that found themselves at the top of many early draft rankings. However, all three have dealt with their own issues and...
