Texas Tech is pretty good and the draft gurus have been singing the praises for them all offseason. Numerous NFL quality players on their roster.

The Mateer kid at OU might be worth watching some this year. Will be interesting to see how he fares against the better teams he will be facing but he threw it well last night.

Nussmeier's kid got off to good with nice win at Clemson (tough place to play and Clemson has a loaded defense)

Carson Beck plays tonight.

Perfectly legal hits can be just as violent as the cheap shot assault behavior. But much less chance of injury for both parties to the collision.
