The league has had their minions out there spinning the shit out of this, but yeah. That was my take too.
It wasn't like he caught it and then it popped out when he hit the ground, and the other guy caught it. The guy took/pulled it away with Cooks clearly on the ground.
After a pretty clean game with very few penalties (in spite of a lot of handy/physical play from DBs) The refs took over the game late in 4th qtr (no call on pretty obvious 3rd down PI in the endzone of Bills FG drive that made it 27-23, they should have had 1st and goal at the 1). They no called that one but in OT refs called the exact same thing on Tredavious White.
Broncos had the most penalty yards in the league during the regular season, but refs called them for only 3 flags/20 yds yesterday.

Hafley looks destined to be leaving for a HC spot and then the Packers will be needing a new Defensive Coordinator too. They might promote from within (Covington perhaps, who we interviewed as did another team or two) or they may become competition for us with some of the guys we want

Nobody has book on him. Teams have to throw Denver's tendencies out the window. Payton will take every advantage. Book it.

He's been in the league since 2019 and played for 3 different teams. He's started games, lost all his starts except one.

They needed 5 turnovers and several questionable calls to barely get by Buffalo.
Houston has the 2nd best defense in the league and New England has gotten spectacular QB play all year.
Denver will be at home, but they might have to play a perfect game to win. I don't think they will.

I got money that sez different. NE ain't faced any good defenses. Houston will be tough after beating NE but not insurmountable.
