Stairwell access to the roof not locked, as liability insurance requires and university police/security are charged with enforcing? Where WAS campus security for the event? Where was Charlie's security? Did they coordinate?

I can't fathom that given the nature of Charlie's rallys, the constant death threats his team says they were fielding, and given the shooting of President Trump in an almost exact scenario, that nobody's stationed with binoculars and radios, scanning all rooftops and other possible sniper nests. There's NO way that if I'm in charge of event security that's happening.

And if Charlie was unwilling to invest wisely in a security team with warranted manpower, I'd no longer be in his employ.
