well assuming they have video of him going UP the stairs to the roof top, you'd venture to guess they have him running DOWN the stairs to exit too

maybe they don't have that and that's why they presume he jumped

The leaked email is the source of the confusion. Fox News did some lazy journalism on this. It does NOT say to a certainty, what the suspect jumped off. I don't assume it's the 3 story building. He wouldn't have been able to walk away. There's confusion here too about "Adjacent building."
