We also signed former Raider Isaiah Johnson who is a 6’2 CB

I asked my buddy who is a Raider fan about him and he said he has never heard of him

So that’s not promising

His injury guarantee combined with his poor performance and the rising star of Parsons makes this a good financial move. Were he to get hurt, he was guaranteed his salary this year plus mandatory 9 mil next year.

NBC is reporting they shopped him around for trade offers but got no interest.

Just kind of shocked Jerruh made this move - first really good proactive decision I've seen him make since green lighting the Walker trade and cutting him that 1 million thank-you check.

now if jeri can make Jaylon the last of his stupid 2nd round "piss this pick away" gambles, things may be really changing

Long overdue. I'd watch games and tell my friends to watch #9 when the D was on the field. It was embarrassing.

Having said that, I credit this kid for coming back from a career ending injury and working hard to rehab. It's not his fault that Jerry picked him in the 2nd. There was talk of Smith possibly not walking again, let alone play in the NFL. He made millions and if he's smart, he could be set for life.

Cox also looked 100% better and I think he could help this D even more. More speed on this D will only improve it. There's a whole new mind set in Dallas and it's refreshing to see. I actually feel like we have a chance on any given Sunday, regardless of opponent.
