Give me Kevin Johnson in the 1st.

Would love to see us get Todd Gurley but pretty resolved to the fact he isn't going to be there.

But KJ would be a good get for us and a likely starter and upgrade at CB immediately. Wouldn't be disappointed if we got him at all.

(Photo: Denny Medley, USA TODAY Sports) The Dallas Cowboys attended CSU-Pueblo's pro day on Monday to watch quarterback prospect Chris Bonner. The 'Boys were one of four teams that went to watch the mammoth 6-7, 235-pound QB throw, per to draft analyst Dane Brugler : In his senior season, Bonner led the ThunderWolves to a 14-1 record and the DII championship. On his way to doing so, the quarterback threw for 3,291 yards and an impressive 30 touchdowns. In a Februrary article, Bleacher Report's lead NFL writer Mike Tanier dubbed Bonner as, "The best QB draft prospect you haven't heard about yet." "It takes some mental adjustments to project Bonner from the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference to the NFL. But the scuttlebutt at the combine revealed that Bonner is on the NFL's radar. He has pro size, of course, but there are other attributes: good velocity, an ability to throw while rolling left or right, the anticipation to make throws before his receivers make their cuts." Watch some of Bonner's skills in the video below. Owner/GM Jerry Jones has recently admitted to wanting to start preparing for life after quarterback Tony Romo . He mentioned that the mid-to-late rounds in the draft would be an excellent spot to find the future. Although, CBSSports.com projects Bonner to go undrafted just like another unheard of quarterback in 2003. Is Bonner the next Romo? One of the downfalls to Bonner is that he hasn't had the opportunity to compete against elite talent like that of which he'll face in the NFL. There's not many division II players on NFL rosters and there's only one D2 quarterback in the league — Cowboys' Dustin Vaughan. Still, plenty of quarterbacks in the NFL have come from small schools and have made a big name for themselves — Romo out of Eastern Illinois is the prime example. Maybe Bonner is on that path.
