Not so sure about calling a timeout with 4 seconds left till the 2 minute warning and then running up the gut at the 40 yard line to give them great field position with a minute left.

It helps that Romo has the timing of the offense down. I think that was what killed Cassel. He just had no sense of the timing that the offense called for re. the TD to Terrance Williams.

Which kind of makes you hate Garrett even more. He still stuck to the same timing offense with someone who had half a month to prepare for it. He's unimaginative or a stubborn asshole, or both.

Thankfully both PHI and WASH got destroyed today and NYG had a bye so it at least gives us a chance to pick up a game on the rest of the Division

PHI has the lions next week so that should be a win and WASH and NYG play each other so hopefully WASH wins that one.

We have Carolina and they are on a roll so I don't see us having a shot at that game

It might end up a three way tie at 5-6 for first in the division with us in last at 3-8

Or NYG win and we are back to the same situation we were in before the game today

For a rookie he is doing pretty damn good. Marinelli said he wouldn't even ask a Vet to do all the things he has asked of Jones this season. Granted injuries have a lot to do with that. But I see great things in this kids future here in Dallas.

He already leads all rookies in tackles

He may turn out to be a great key to or secondary in the future

That's if Garret doesn't fuck it up somehow

Kenny Stills was just quicker out of the break than Byron Jones was.

But I agree with bbgun that Jones' future is brighter at safety than at corner. Instead of being just another good corner, he could be our Earl Thomas.
