Cowboys absolutely need to win this game. They've had two weeks to prepare and the Giants defense is awful. Yes, Eli always goes off on us but I think Hardy, Gregory, Lee, and McClain will be factors.
Cowboys win these next two games and no matter what Giants & Eagles do in other games, we will lead the NFC East with tiebreakers. Not a bad place to be with no Romo and Dez.

Giants are without Amukamara, and that's huge. But... we got Garrett... so that kind of negates the loss of Amukamara.

If Dez is back we will have an easier time
Dez will help to pull that extra man out of the box which might help to loosen up our running game, if our running game picks up Cassel will have an easier time
If Dez doesn't play I still see us winning but mainly because of our D
I think we sack Eli at least three to four times and he throws two picks. With the pressure from our pass rush Eli will get shook up and pushed out of the pocket which will cause him to make mistakes
I think our D is going to be the biggest factor in this game.
Even if Dez just trots along his routes just having his presence and threat on the field will help. Even if he doesn't catch more than a few short/medium passes
I don't expect a big game from him this week if he even plays which is not looking likely because he wasn't a full or even partial participant today which is our only day in full pads

This is just nonsense. If he is back there is no way he is in shape. Plus it's not like anyone's ever been all that scared of him anyway. Was he double covered at GB on the 'stolen catch' play? No, Witten was. They don't double him pu or rotate to him nearly as much as people think.
