I don't know if SCOTUS will curb birthright citizenship. But I'll say this....the Solicitor General representing the government, John Sauer, is one sharp dude. Very sharp and he's making a compelling argument. But I get the feeling it's an uphill battle and if the G loses at the SCOTUS level, the flood gates will open up to every pregnant foreigner to give birth in the US.

Birthright citizenship is the dumbest policy ever basically created by a single judge and then upheld by several other courts over the years. But it should be noted that it was never intended to apply to anyone born in the US, and it didn't apply to native American for decades. It also excluded others. But, congress could have and should have fixed this years ago. At this point, it will be very difficult for the court to overturn it. So many anchor babies have already been granted citizenship I don't know how you can undo it without creating major problems. I will be shocked if the SCOTUS ends birthright citizenship.

This is most embarrassing SCOTUS in our country's history. I didn't think it was possible that anyone have less functioning brain cells than that turnip Biden, but this DEI dumbass somehow managed it.
