It's about time. This case had absolutely no merit. A group of people discussing how to challenge the results of an election is not a crime. And Trump never asked anyone to commit voter fraud. The new prosecutor saw right through this charade and misuse of legal authority. Too bad for the people who copped a plea. They are not covered under the dismissal and will not have their records expunged. They should have fought the charges but I understand that their resources could have been limited and a plea was their only option. But that too was a crime by prosecutors. Such abuses of power in the legal system are supposed to be prohibited by the constitution, but bad judges have been disregarding the constitution when it comes to Trump.
