This is what Trump put up after an initial post on TS where he absolutely called Bondi out for sitting on her ass and getting nothing done.

That post was ultimately deleted, but there's no way he would have put that out there publicly if he weren't this <> close to firing her. There's mor that enough evidence (and has been for quite some time) to arrest and prosecute numerous people, and she's done NOTHING.

This is where Trump loses me. He publicly humiliates Pam Bondi, his employee with a post (which he has apparently deleted) as if the public should be involved in his conversation with her. He hired her. He can fire her. We are just outside looking in. I don't care if he is right, it is the sign of a very bad manager to ridicule his own employee in public. I know there will be those that defend this, but imagine you boss sending out a memo the the entire company that you are not doing your job. This is a conversation that should be between a boss and his employee. Leadership 101, do not publicly humiliate your employees. Take them aside in private and air out your issues. She and her peers are not going to respect him when he does stuff like this.

At the same time, ordering her to prosecute Comey and the rest is going to give the defense a good case to argue political prosecutions. He is hurting the very cases he urged her to bring. And deleting the post does not fix that problem. It could make it worse.

I am not happy with Pam Bondi over this stuff, but before I publicly criticize her I would sit with her and get the details of what she is doing, where each case stands and what her plans are. I have cautioned before, many of the possible crimes these people committed will be impossible to prosecute because of statute of limitation issues, destruction of evidence, cover-ups, and frankly, some stuff is wrong but not criminal.

He's echoing what all his voters put him in office for.

I have no problem with what he said or how he said it. He's obviously had those discussions in private with her (and probably Kash Patel too) and the message isn't getting through.

My thought is he put it out there for 1 of 2 reasons. He either wants her to finally get off her ass and do what was promised, or he wants her to leave on her own. He certainly could fire her anytime he wants, but I have no idea what "firing" her entails for future compensation (maybe there is none, I have no idea). But he definitely had some motivation to do this.

What's mind boggling? Why she mislead the public saying Epstein' client list is "sitting on my desk" while promising earlier she was going to release them.

I thought Trump was on that list & that's why she hasn't released them. Now with Trump wanting to get off her butt swings the hammer at a different direction. The two aren't in cahoots over the Epstein client list/files at all.

Still no prosecutions for Russian Collusion Hoax. Still no prosecutions for Adam Schiff lying to congress and American people. Still nothing done on Covid sham. Still nothing done on obvious 2020 (and 2022) election fraud. Still nothing done to members of congress who ran a complete scam over J6, lying to the public and then destroying evidence they were ORDERED not to destroy. Still nothing done over one of the two assassination attempts on DJT. Still nothing done on obvious Biden Autopen sham pardons. Still nothing done on Hunter Biden Ukraine sham. Still nothing done to an acting member of congress caught banging a Chinese spy.

No arrests. No prosecutions. NADA, ZILCH, NOTHING.

I was excited about Bondi (and Patel) but they both have been flops, unfortunately. I think in Patel's case it's more of what Dodger has mentioned numerous times, that the rot is so prevalent and deep within the FBI it will take him forever to fix it.

There is no excuse for this. I managed people for 30 years in a corporate world. I have fired people, chewed them out, demoted people, and otherwise made their lives miserable if they did not perform. But never once did I do it publicly. But I had a manager once who did it all the time to people he felt were underperforming and everyone hated him, no one respected him and honestly a lot of people hoped he failed. It is just bad management practice and every Leadership or People management class you will ever take will say this same thing.

Trump has the power to fire her, reprimand her or assign her work to someone else if he chooses. He can order her to establish a team of investigators to focus on these cases. Posting his complaints on social media is an awful practice and makes him look weak. He did the same thing with Jeff Sessions his first term in office and I thought that was bad too.

And of course there are the implications to the prosecution if case are ever brought against anyone.

She badly bungled the Epstein case with her ridiculous public display of her handing social media influencers binders of the Epstein files. That was really stupid. I think what happened is they expected more would be in the file than there was. She overpromised and underdelivered. It wasn't just her but she is the person on top.

She deserves a lot of criticism, for sure. but if I was her boss, I would set up a meeting and have her provide me the details of every case against all of the people involved. I would want to know what is going on. Then I would decide to chew her out privately if necessary. Maybe Trump did that already? But then why the public statement? He could have ordered her to issue a status report to the American people on these cases. Or maybe it is another example of overpromising and under delivering.

I have cautioned from the beginning about expecting too much. There has to be actual violations of the criminal codes to prosecute and believe it or not, Schiff's lying to the American people is not unlawful. They need to find evidence of conspiracy to defraud, or real evidence of intent to subvert the government of the United States. After years of operating under the protection of the Biden Administration I firmly believe most if not all of the evidence has already been destroyed. I doubt very much the criminals in this case, all trained in law enforcement, have left a trail of breadcrumbs. Plus, there are the statutes of limitations that will make prosecuting some crimes impossible.

What they should doo is put a team together, like a special counsel, and have them prepared a detailed report and recommendations on exactly what happened and who did what. Subpoena all the crooks and get them under oath setting perjury traps for anyone who thinks they can lie their way out of it. Maybe the best we can hope for it to reveal the truth to the public that shows exactly how evil these people are - all of them, not just the big fish. But I doubt we will ever see any of these crooks in orange jumpsuits.

Plus, you have to expect these cases will wind up in front of judges who will dismiss them or rig the trials.

100%. And I'll also add this. Investigators investigate and they need the prosecutors to prosecute. I can't tell you how many times I felt like there was enough evidence to prosecute but the lawyers are wishy washy. This is not uncommon. Kash has his hands full.

Kash has his hands full.

After watching O'Keefe's hidden videos and considering the types of people who enter government service, along with potential biased hiring by Democratic administrations that likely perpetuates recruiting like-minded individuals, I suspect the vast majority of government employees are Democrats or lean strongly left.

People like myself who run their own business despise government and its the last place I'd ever want to work, I think thats a common trait among whatever we want to call the other side.

I dont know how this can be overcome except via massive reductions throughout all of government because the best and the brightest will rarely, if ever, choose this as a career path

It is but the statute of limitations for lying to congress is 5 years. The same is true for obstruction of justice.

To prosecute destruction of evidence they would need to show the evidence was intentionally destroy to obstruct an investigation. For example, the J6 committee ordered the destruction of notes, testimony and other evidence they collected but claim it was to close the committees work and not to prevent an investigation of the committees methods.

Also, some of these perps have been pardoned by Biden. I understand there is controversy over those pardons but that would have to be litigated first before anyone could be charged.

I don't remember exactly how it was explained but a couple months ago someone (I think John Solomon) spoke about how they'll be able to get around that by tying it to something else.
