It is completely OK for Jerry to do whatever he wants. All teams operate that way. Did you know Rooney forced Arians out? That's a fact if you ignore all the statements from the parties involved.
Also, I'll let you in on another little tidbit, Barry Switzer stole Larry Lacewell's wife. Probably why Lacewell's drafts stunk......he was secretly sabotaging them to get back at Barry.

Your coaching lifespan is limitless in Dallas if you let the owner push you around like Garrett allowed last year.
Getting declawed like that against a division rival was one of the most embarrassing things I have ever seen. Not even wade got that treatment.
The coach is working for the gm here uNlike like the situations in Washington, ny and Philly. Those guys there are the boss and the gm's there would never dare step in there fie,d during a game because they would be insulting there boss.
So do what I do, hope romo can keep this thing on the tracks for as long as possible.
