Williams has no hands, Beasley can't keep from fumbling, street is just garbage, but Romo loves being able to know the players he's throwing to.

Vince Mayle ..ultra-athletic WR on the Practice Squad.

Reggie Wayne ..Week 2 so contract not guaranteed for the year.

Ryan Broyles ..only 27, he was Lions Rookie of the Year in 2012 with Linehan calling the plays. Also, same deal as Wayne; contract no longer guaranteed for year.

You can’t just bring in someone off the streets and plug them in. They will need time to learn the playbook and get on the same page with Romo. Too late in the game for that. You are going all in with the receivers you have. I would think they would give AJ Jenkins a chance. I thought the kids showed something in the preseason.

Street just has that deer in the headlights look. They have to get his confidence up. Some simple plays, get him involved early. No doubt about it, it’s a massive drop off from Bryant to Street. Although the Cowboy have been playing without Bryant since mini-camp, so they are used to it. I do think Williams seems to step his game up when he is the #1 receiver.

Also, with Bryant out, this will slow down the hype around team. Pretty sure they will think the Cowboys are dead in the water with him out.

I expect Dez to be back within a similar time frame. Still sucks. But he'll be good to go once they put that Adamantium in his foot.

Good post. I would like for them to bring up Mayle, just to get a look at him. I think we will rely more on the TEs and Beasley though.

Well according to Dooms the Cowboys will be harder to game plan against without Dez. I didn’t particularly agree with that opinion a few months ago, but imma have to go with that logic this week, lol.
