I know it's a tad on the hopeful side but through restructures and cuts we can free up approx $33M which would put us around $11M under the cap. If we sign Melton and Byrd to similar contracts that Brandon Carr (his first year cap number was only $3.2M) received, then we could pull off two quality free agent signings.

This is my concern..

We NEED to start fixing the cap so we can resign all four of those players.

If it means not signing any big name free agents this year, then so be it.
