I wouldn't get rid of Austin.

If teams are able to shut down the offense by taking Dez out, Dallas doesn't have a WR who's actually produced outside of Austin.

Jets are tough. I can't stand Rex, but his defenses are physical as hell. If they had a QB they'd probably be a good team.
