The only people that fold are Republicans, never the Dems unless it suits them (see Swalwel, Eric). This is not surprising in the least. These people are evil.

It made sense if you want to see what election day indicators are telling you in terms of Republican turnout. That will allow you to bring in the ballots you need to overtake day of voting. It won't stop the fraud, they'll just spam the front end with mail in ballots and A) hope they don't get caught and B) if they do get caught no one will investigate and charge.

This is such a dumb but predictable answer to a simple question. It is not difficult to expel a member of congress. The managed to expel George Santos for lesser infractions that what Swalwell was accused of.
What is difficult is getting Democrats to hold their own party member accountable. The accusations have to reach critical mass before Democrats will do anything. Have we forgotten Ilhan Omar's anti-Semitic tropes that they excused? Her anti-American rants and pledges of allegiance to her old country, Somalia?
The problem is not the constitution or congressional rules. The problem is the corruption within the Democrat party.

There has never been a full deep audit of any election in the US. Recounts are not audits. Trump wanted a detailed analysis of votes in 2016 and every Democrat state refused to participate in the exercise. Trump eventually had to abandon his plan.
And here is the real question. If there is no voter fraud as Democrats say, then why not allow a full audit and prove it? If the audit turns up no fraud, then Democrats can use that outcome to hammer Republicans as crazy conspiracy theorists. I think Democrats position on this issue, and voter ID, leads to the suspicion that there is plenty of cheating and Democrats are the ones doing it.
Let's have a look at who voted in every state, Let's find out how much fraud there really is because the fact is no one really knows until we have a look.
We can start with the 202 election, or the 2024 election, but maybe start small. Let's look at Georgia and NJ to start and see what we find.

I cannot wait to read what the "not a biologist" justice writes about this case. I expect an 8-1 ruling with "not a biologist" being the only dissenting vote.
Voting in America has become a free for all. We need to get back to an orderly, verifiable process for voting and counting votes. No more early voting. No more mail-in voting, and every voter must provide some kind of identity verification - and proof of citizenship.

National elections (Congress, Senate and Presidency) should all be under Federal control. There is no reason whatsoever we should have 50 states doing 50 different things for these races. We should have 100% voter ID required, almost no reliance on mail-in ballots, SAME DAY voting and SAME DAY results, 100% across the board. Taking weeks on end to count votes is only done for one reason. Even though Trump won in 2024 the Democrats STOLE countless seats in the H & S and it's had a major impact on getting Trump's agenda going.
