This is nonsense. The Supreme Court has been soft on these rogue judges with their ridiculous TDS based decisions and TROs. Some of the judges of these left win judges deserve even more ridicule. Look at the work of Letitia James and Judge Engoron. Completely thrown out by a NY appeals court and for good reason. It wasn't the Supreme Court that called the fine against Trump an 8th amendment violation, and the case itself unprecedented. The Supreme Court should have slapped these judges silly a long time ago. Stop ruling on case by violating the legal principles of the country just because it's Trump and the criticism of the lower courts will stop.

An honest media would have trashed the law suit of E, Jean Carroll against Donald Trump because there was no evidence of her accusations, AND she had accused 6 other men of rape as well.

Just found out Jean Carroll would have been 53 in the spring of 1996 (when she says Trump assaulted her), she was born on 12/12/43

Trump was born n 6/14/46 making him 49 years younger old at the time

I have no doubt Trump had some dog in him, as he stated, women let him grab them by the P, but her age is another strike against her assertions, considering men have a tendency to go after younger women and unfortunately the 50’s tend not to be kind to the fairer sex

On a recent episode of The Real Science of Sport, Malcolm Gladwell said he felt “cowed” into supporting the inclusion of trans women in women’s sports back in 2022. He now says, obviously, this was always crazy, everyone knew it was crazy, and the only reason we (not me) pretended it was not crazy is we were terrified of the left wing media blob (again, not me). The free speech crusaders pounced. Here was this coward — this little bitch — who didn’t speak when it mattered, which is the whole job of a writer. A bit harsh, I thought. It takes courage to admit, in unequivocal terms, when you’re wrong. But then I recalled Malcolm’s debate with Matt Taibi on trusting the media. There, he repeatedly implied Matt was racist. The problem is, Gladwell wasn’t just “cowed” by the system. He was part of it. And for that? Idk. Forgiveness in a couple more years, perhaps.

She was backed by Democrats who funded her lawsuit against Trump and somehow got a judge to allow the case to go forward. Since she could not provide a specific time and date the alleged assault too place, this case should be have thrown out immediately. That fact that she accused 6 other men of the same thing, her accusations mirrored an episode of Law and Order, a TV show, and that she got a material fact wrong when she claimed she was wearing a particular dress that hadn't been designed until a year or two after the alleged assault took place, all should have been evidence the case was bogus from the beginning.

Then in another bizarre twist, she alleged rape and the jury did not find rape but found sexual assault! How could the judge allow that verdict to stand as it makes no sense.

By not specifying a specific date and time she denied Trump the opportunity to properly defend himself. What if he said it was a Thursday in September of 1996 and Trump could prove he was not in NY on any Thursday in September that year? But Trump couldn't do that because she did not provide a specific date and time. This was deliberate and it is the same type of allegation made by Christine Blasey-Ford against Brett Kavanaugh. She couldn't specify a date either, or a specific location, or how she got there, or how she got home. The witnesses she claimed were there all denied it. Sound familiar? Democrats used the same tactics against Trump and got a crazy lady to go along with it.

I hope the Supreme Court throws this entire case out and either orders a retrial with a new judge, or just dismisses it with prejudice.
