• this design cannot work for non-motorized wheelchairs w/o help (for the most dis-fortunate)
• no hand rails for the wheelchair ramp
• expensive as all hell to form the stairs like that
• cheaper just to build the steps traditionally with a separate wheelchair ramp
• however will work great for refrigerators, furnaces, hot water tanks, and anything on a dolly
