I actually agree. We don't need guns. We want them, and we have a right to want them, but we don't need them.
We also shouldn't be ruled by all laws from 200 plus years ago that don't apply to today's society.
I want you to have your guns. You seem responsible. You shouldn't be afraid to prove that.
A conversation needs to happen. I don't want to take away your guns but you should be able to recognize that the idea of doing nothing about guns is probably not the answer. I don't know the correct answer except that doing nothing is the wrong one.
Steps off soapbox. Have at me Rambo's.
I think if a person wants to shoot guns as a hobby, go play Call of Duty.
I didn't lose anything, I always maintained that if the Cowboys thought it was inappropriate - as the people who were actually affected by this - they are free to do what they want. In this instance, they are certainly free to cave to public pressure from morons who want to force their infantile morality upon everyone else.
What I'm saying is why don't we trust the people who are actually affected by this to make their own calls and not judge them for acting "inappropriately" simply because they did what they felt was right. If they had decided they never wanted to see Brent again that would be cool too. It's their call.
I have a feeling that if we all got together and had a few drinks .. we'd hate each other even more.
Nah, we would be all happy n shit. Until about beer #4 or so, and then we would probably kill each other.
