Bbgun, you are going to have to do some serious googling and come up with some kind of quantifying scale. This just saying it's inappropriate because you have a moral compass that tells you it is is not sufficient.

Derpity derp derp.

don't try to get back in the convo with me you admitted defeat pages ago.

I think Brent being on the sidelines was great for intimidation.

How often is it that opponents get to look at the sidelines and see a stone cold killer looking back at them?

Doesn't matter.

Some of yall are perching on this moral platform and acting like you see the wisdom and benefit of allowing Brent to rehab with his "family" on the sideline, when in actuality, all you're saying is "non-issue...was practice squad player".

Just admit that shit and move on.
What I'm saying is why don't we trust the people who are actually affected by this to make their own calls and not judge them for acting "inappropriately" simply because they did what they felt was right. If they had decided they never wanted to see Brent again that would be cool too. It's their call.

or you could provide a reason it was "inappropriate" based on some non-arbitrary scale of inappropriateness that I'm sure you and the other hand-wringer are referencing here.

lol

Get real. You think there are pollsters calling people at home and asking them how they feel about this issue? I'm going by empirical evidence (reactions in the media and on message boards, the majority of which is negative.) Requesting anything more thorough or quantitative than that is a joke.

If everyone who actually matters feels it was appropriate then who cares? Explain why you feel your opinion is more important or relevant than people who are actually involved and impacted. Or just post pathetic no u responses like iamtdgtgdf

Jerry deciding something automatically makes it right? Then why criticize him for anything? Your unthinking deference to power is retarded.

Which is why I used the term "conventional wisdom." Apparently, I was obligated to provide spreadsheets or something. Homers don't have a conscience.

I'm absolutely going to admit that it's a far lesser issue bc a practice squader died. But. I think Garrett is doing the smartest thing to use this tragedy as a way to get through to his team

I'm gonna take it a step further. Not only is this cool, but we should also invite him back and give him a special guest pass to stand on the sidelines when he finally gets out on parole. I mean, it is after all what Mama Brown would want.

I'm saying the people involved are free to make their own decision on this.

You've deemed their actions inappropriate.

Yeah, you should probably have something more concrete than "everybody thinks it was in poor taste, pish-posh-pish" if you are going to judge people for doing what they felt was the right thing here.

Until you have some hard evidence to support what you're saying, GTFO my face.

Say someone throws trash out the window of their vehicle. A big ole bag of trash from McDonalds. You're saying that I would need to do some research into whether there have been precedents set as to why or if that is wrong? Spot on logic as always.
