Okay, so Minnesota is trading two 6th rounders for McNabb.

This is a team that won 12 games 2 years ago - so they have some talent.

Does McNabb make them a contender again? Can get eclipse 10 wins and contend for the division with Green Bay, Chicago, and darkhorse Detroit?

To me, I think McNabb is a washed up has been, and I still think they're battling for the fourth spot in the division. But I'd be interested to hear what you all think.

What is your record prediction for Minnesota?

I say 7-9. 3rd in the NFC North.

The best they can hope for is 5-11. They were 1-5 in the division last year and will fall to 0-6 with Detroit becoming marginally better. Home wins versus Arizona, Oakland and Denver are possible as well as a road win against Carolina and Washington.

They definitely need 2 keep Sidney Rice and with that I can c Mcnabb having a rebound year especially with a back like Peterson and other talents like Harvin

Uh yeah.

McNabb has never had a running game or the commitment to the running game that he'll be walking into. A couple very nice young wideouts.

I dint think their going to the superbowl, but I wouldn't bet against them making the playoffs. I'd say 10-6 is about right. Especially if they're improved on defense.

Chicago will not duplicate what they did last year. Cutler is still Cutler.

He had Westbrook in Philly. Having a guy like Peterson will help McFatty.

Westbrook was good but Peterson is on a whole other level IMO

Well, yeah, but, they both factor in the running and passing game.

Not so much for Westbrook anymore, but he did when he was with Philly.

I agree. This move by Minnesota does not make sense. They are no longer running a WCO.

They still played good D last year.Finished 8th in total yds allowed.

Don't know if that's enough to prop them up.
Their division has gotten better, and they just lost Rice to Seattle.
So,9-7 and out of the playoffs.

Pretty mediocre OL too. McFlabb is gonna get killed.

Their secondary is pretty poor too and their pass rush really dropped off last yr...I suspect they are gonna be a solid top-10 pick team in next years draft.
