Guy is heralded as arguably the best Strength & Conditioning coach in the league. He has 6 Super Bowl rings and has been the S&C guy for two dynasties. Clearly, a proven track record, no?
Or is it possible that he's had so much success because he's been the S&C guy under great coaches (Jimmy & Bill) on teams with Hall of Fame QB's (Troy and Thomas).
I get that last year, he couldn't make an impact because of the lack of the off season. But shouldn't this be a year we see gains?
It seems we've had an uncanny number of hamstring injuries this year. And some guys who we've been told having been getting playing time because of a lack of strength, Arkin specifically, still can't get on the field.
And this doesn't even take into account the 4 or so guys who showed up to camp unable to pass the conditioning test - although I'm not sure you can lay that at the feet of Woicik.
