Lol, I can relate, must have been AT&T tech support, those yahoos are maddening.

I'm convinced someone deliberately designed their system to make it so miserable that people wont call and seek answers on their own elsewhere or the overseas tech support design the flow chart to maximize chargeable minutes, whatever the case its amazing how horrendous so many tech support systems are.

I think they could cut down on prison over crowding by sentencing non violent offenders to 8 hours of AT&T technical support per day
