Just wondering if this is a 1 year process, 2 year process, or 5 year process.
Season 3 and Dez still makes the mental errors of a rookie? Accountability?
Constantly preaching accountability and never practicing it. If there were accountability in Dallas, Dez would sit until he could handle the game. But, because he's some all world athlete with huge, albeit limited, big play potential, accountability goes right he fuck out the window.
It's one thing to drop a pass or tip a ball into the air, it's another thing to not know what you are doing.
Hard Knocks, Episode 1. Jason Garrett: "Study. Study. You cannot play here, young players, if you don't know what you're doing".
It took Ogletree 4 years to contribute mostly because he was fucking lost out there.
And now we see Dez making dumb ass mistakes and basically taking his sweet time in learning the game.
Bennett never figured it out to Jason's standard and was useless. Amazing how all of a sudden he seems to have figured it out with the Giants.
All the talk of accountability sounds great until you see players who clearly aren't being held accountable.
Sure, we see players say the right things but if the players can identify the problems, why the fuck do they still exist?
There is no accountability in Dallas beyond the talk of it. Not for the players and certainly not for Jason who is now the leader of one of the worst offenses in the NFL.
