Thanks to all these ridiculous extensions that Jerry hands out like candy bars we're fucking screwed. How long has it been since 1994? 19 years? He still hasn't learned.

Really shows how weak of a GM he is overall. He is not confident in his ability to replace a decent player, so he just gives them lucrative extensions to keep them here and happy. No other top organization does this.

I'm sure Jerry is talking to Norv Turner to see if he would like to coach for us again and what his plans might be to get more production out of the offense. He's also probably talking to Gruden and seeing what his demands are if he were hired and what his plans are for the team - staff, the way his offense will run with the players we have. Then he's probably weighing all of this with Mike Holmgren.
