Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo (9) is upset with the officials after he was hit a little late in the first quarter of their preseason game with the San Diego Chargers at Cowboys Stadium, Sunday, August 21, 2011.

I saw that play when he got pulled to the ground long after he released the ball.
He never gets roughing calls and most of the time they are very obvious calls.
