I am listening to ben n skin (which is painful) anyway they just had rebecca lopez from wfaa ch 8 who reported this story first and she said the police report with full details are going to be released in a few minutes so they will know the severity of the injuries to his mom.

she did confirm dez was in a fight with his brother and his mom jumped in between them.

also, ben who I think because nate and deion do not like dez and they keep giving ben info said that this is not new and that this is the first time that the public has been aware of it.

Ben insists this has been going on repeatedly and that the organization can just not get a handle on him....

Rebecca lopez said she was told by desoto police that charges were pressed because it is a re-occuring incident and they have to do something this time...

not sure what that means exactly, maybe they are out at his house alot?

anyway if anyone is interested listen to espn1033 I am sure they will have that police report soon.

An assault by itself would be a class C. An assault with a family violence finding is how it rises to a Class A. There are different types of assaults with a family violence finding that can raise to a felony offense... if there's a weapon involved or choking, etc.

Still thinking if it's family, they'll make up and charges will be dropped or at the very least reduced.

Rebecca Lopez back on.

Happened over the weekend, his mom called the police.....his mom kicked him out of the house and he wouldn't leave..

He slapped her across the face with his hat.... And grabbed her by the shirt and he hit her on the right and left upper arm, he pushed her in the chest and she now has bruises on her arms and chest and the police filed charges because his mom had swelling and bruises on her body.
