Last question. Gimme a prediction for the Bama Michigan game? Score included

I'm not really a "score" guy but I do think Michigan will win.

Alabama's defense is talented but they have a lot of first time starters. The worst possible match up for young defenders is a quarterback like Denard.

No farewell tribute to Taddy Williams? Jerk.

If Jerry drafts you (Coale), or pays you (Leary, Connor), that usually means you make the team regardless of merit.

Was Teddy already cut this morning?

hard to cut felix after one good half from dunbar against probably the worst team in the league's backups...

My biggest issue is jones is the third down back.......I dont want dunbar or tanner out there pass protecting on wednesday night....that is scary.

Yup.

It's amazing that people would get rid of proven producers to keep fourth game preseason stars.

I bet last nights game affected maybe a couple of players at best. The rest have already been decided. Especially with this game being so much closer than usual to the real opener.

I love this notion that Connor won't be a problem because he'll come out of the game on passing downs. Um, teams pass on first and second down too, ya know.

which ilb can cover tight ends honestly? very few...

Witten has been beating ilb and safeties for years, doesnt make them bad players.

and if you cut connor and lemon steps in what do we have that tells us he can cover starting tight ends?

I said "usually." And Coale wasn't a mere 7th rounder or something. I do favor keeping him over Holmes, however.

fwiw, baltimore was going to take coale in the fifth if we didnt.

so I imagine they would be willing to pick him up on waivers.....basically just like we did with holmes who we would have drafted..

He can't cover RBs; now he can't cover TEs? If that's the case, he better be stellar against the run.

Seriously, Connor looks terrible out there. If you didn't know who he was you'd think he was another 5th string no-name about to be cut.

I think we just better hope that Carter can play and he never sees the field.

I'd be curious to see if Lemon could do what he does, though I don't know that they even play the same position... Haven't paid enough attention. Sure would be nice if Albright could play inside well enough to back up, though that seems like a tough transition to make if he had to play much.
