I just heard they changed the rules on trade deadline and IR maybe this helps us keep Johnson?

Already been mentioned. Jerry will for sure try this new rule out on Johnson

Let's cut owalawe because he's got nothing. Trade Felix for The best offer because he sucks and is fat. Tanner and Dunbar are better runners

Cut Holmes and hope to stash him. If someone claims I think well live.

Danny coale can be our next crayton

According to BK, no. He would have to make the final 53 first. Then be placed on IR.. Then you can bring him back.

Otherwise, he has to clear waivers..which is the same thing as trying to put him on the PS

Thanks.

if he has to clear waivers for even this he will be gone...he wont clear waivers.....

I don't like the idea of keeping both Felix and Dunbar. Too much overlap; they fill similar niches. For me, Tanner is a lock and Dunbar makes the team only if the team plans to trade Jones sometime soon.

I'd have more faith in this team if they decided to cut Dan Connor.

Kevin Ogletree. I think we know who he is. He'll turn in some good plays, but he's inconsistent and unreliable on the field. Ultimately, he's not good enough as a player for his inconsistency to be acceptable. Austin drops some balls too, but he's a game breaker. Ogletree isn't. If the team wants to keep Beasley, Coale, Harris, and Holmes, ... do it, and say so long to Ogletree.

Matt Johnson was graded as a 6th round pick, Hasn't suited up all year, and is white. Not sure anyone in the league is dying to put him on their active roster

not sure why everyone wants to cut connor?

because he gave up two completions in the preseason? that is going to happen to all our ILB, someone will catch a ball on them....same with the corners they are all going to get beat at some point.

This team has been toying with different 4-3 and 4-2 looks......Even though there is some thought that lemon would be better on the outside in a 43 I dont want to lose connor when he will help us run this set.

I wonder if his inconsistency will essentially turn him into a glorified decoy in romos eyes. On a big 3rd and 12 are we going to put the game in ogle trees hands?

After Dunbar's performance last night I would hope the Cowboys revisit the Felix trade proposal. Dunbar and Tanner are hungry. Felix should be hungry but is way too content.

I think the Cowboys still check the waiver wire for a WR and Ogletree would most likley be the casualty. Despite his decent camp, like you said, the team knows who he is, and I don't think he'll ever be much more than he's shown. Harris, Coale, Beasley, and Holmes still have the "upside" factor to them.

hard to cut felix after one good half from dunbar against probably the worst team in the league's backups...

My biggest issue is jones is the third down back.......I dont want dunbar or tanner out there pass protecting on wednesday night....that is scary.

Yeah the Connor talk surprises me some. He's a solid #3 ILB. I like Lemon's potential but if Lee or Carter go down, am I ready to start Lemon now? Especially with Albright showing some versatility.

I wasn't scared. Once I get to work, twitter isn't really an option for me.

I think we lose a close one to the Giants. I do like that the Giants suddenly seem overconfident though. That's not like them. I really want to see Carter or Lee blow up Bennett.

I dont think they'll cut Connor, but I do think Lemon has been better than him and is the far more versatile player. He can play in space and Connor cant.

If it werent for injury concerns with Carter and even Lee, I do think they'd seriously consider releasing Connor.

No farewell tribute to Teddy Williams? Jerk.

If Jerry drafts you (Coale), or pays you (Leary, Connor), that usually means you make the team regardless of merit.
