Yes Scot, please give us the skinny on this.

None of this half ass tease stuff.
There's a few such of these. They pick up area channels off the air and integrate those with everything it can pick up off your Wi-Fi. Plus it's a physical DVR using a solid state hard drive no disk!

Is picture and sound quality good?
I never went that direction but have read that it can be spotty. I went with a high speed cable connection using LAN cable to the TV instead of Wi-Fi and have many streaming apps for free as part of my Amazon Prime Video membership. Only app outside of that which I pay separately for is Sling and it includes a cloud DVR I can record anything on. My picture and sound quality is bulletproof.

I get 25 free channels over the airwaves with my fiddy dolla antenna.

I don't know anyone who watches EVERY NFL game or even anywhere close to it so I don't see the big outrage over the games being offered on so many platforms. Even the exclusive games get re-broadcast on NFL Network over the following week anyway.

I don't watch all the games either, in fact 99% of what I watch is the Cowboys only. So I really only care about those 17 games plus the preseason games.

I pay for NFL+ which is fine, but if the game isn't on "live" in my market (Atlanta) I cannot watch on NFL+ until about 30-45 mins after the Cowboy games end. You actually do get ALL the games if you want them, just not all "live" as I noted. The price has been good, it's under $100 per yr.

Preseason games are broadcast live.

That said, once upon a time you could pay DirecTV and get ALL the games for one price and all in one place, and they were all live.
