Fisher reporting they are trying to get Spencer long term deal right now, not working on Romo's deal yet.

Alot of different things you could read into this.

Second coming of Stan Smagala. Just Say No to white safeties.

Chuck Cecil.

John Lynch.

That white kid the Vikings picked up last year in the 2nd round... Harrison. I thionk most of us wanted him. He seems to be doing damn well.

I fucking hate this offseason and this team. He's fucking approaching north of 30. If you didn't sign him long term or extended him before his rookie contract, then that's when you fucking move on from him. HE'S GETTING OLDER, which means that he is NOT GOING TO GET BEETER.

Jeez, two of those guys have been retired for years, and Cecil's claim to fame was dirty hits, not stellar play.

I don't know, once u have a weakness from an injury it can cause other problems when u are trying to fight through it, which is apparently his m.o.

He played with a serious bicep injury in 11 before having to have surgery so that tells me he is a hard worker who will pay hurt.

You're thinking of the immune system, bro.

No. U.

Lower back and hamstring injuries are very common, compensating for one or the other can cause injury.

That could be the case for any lower body injury, so I suppose Matt Johnson would have been cool with you regardless of his injuries last year.

Twisted ankle, you say? He was hesitant to put weight on his other leg.

ACL tear in the knee? He just overcompensated because of the other injury that the docs didn't give a proper prognosis on.

Dumbass? He just accidentally logged in under the username Theebs.

Read it as, "this team doesn't have a clue as to what it is doing".

I really hope Romo refuses to sign another contract so he can go somewhere else and Jerry can watch him succeed with an OL.

That door swings both ways. Some wish he would leave so you "love Romo people no matter what" can watch him throw away games with stupid turnovers elsewhere, and see if you can still come up with shitloads of excuses as to why he still does it despite what you almost all will certainly say is "being on a better team"..."better organization"..."better OL"

I can see it now...first Romo 4 pick gem where he costs new team the game..."but, Romo was really familiar with the players in Dallas"..."but but, Romo hasnt had time to learn this new offense"..."but but but, Romo doesnt trust the TE there like he did Witten"..."the new fans were too quick to turn on Romo and it hurt his feelings"

If Romo is wanting a massive deal like the one Flacco just signed, the team should get on the phone and start shopping him to the highest bidder asap. After what KC gave up for that middling scrub Smith, I feel pretty confident we could get a significant package of picks from some QB desperate team (Arizona, Buffalo, Oakland to name a few) and start retooling our franchise.

Wha?

Uber-homer dbair is fine with all the restructures and moves this team has made so far, but wants to get rid of Romo?

I don't know which way is up anymore.
