The only thing the coaches should have done was bench his lazy, not trying ass.
It was solely an effort thing that day with that turd.
And he should have been outright released the next day.

so you're saying there was basically only 1 decision to be made... all garrett had to do was press the big red button and HE DIDNT DO IT!!!! he left a bum out there and allowed his QB to get obliterated. dak was never the same after that game. thats garrett's fault

also saw a tweet this morning of lewis commenting on his lisfranc fracture or whatever fucked up his foot. his doctor told him it was the most severe lisfranc injury he's ever seen. lewis says he feels like he has a new foot and needs to get used to it. not holding high expectations for him this yr and beyond

This would be great news if he can play from week one and not have any issues. I have to admit I was very skeptical considering how bad the injury looked and when it happened.
