Has anyone heard anything about the gun that was used, like where he got the gun? Was it his? or his parents? There is a report that he posted a message somewhere that he needed to pick up a rifle from a drop point which sounds like someone left the gun somewhere and he had to go get it. I saw a post on X, which could be total BS, that the gun was not his and that he got it from someone else. Do we know that for a fact?

One of the law enforcement peeps being interviewed the other night said its highly likely the weapon is not traceable and was likely purchased via a gun show or even from a 3rd party entirely. They said the gun itself was quite old and was probably shipped back into the country from outside.

I am leaving out some of the major details he got into as to the why, but the bottom line is he didnt think they'd likely be able to trace it.
