No, not talking about 8-3 or all the yards Murray has.

There is one incredible stat after 11 games sitting there. Will give you Cabal the day to guess what it is, but NOBODY would have believed it if someone had put this out there before week one. All you guys would be homeless, carless, bankless etc etc.

Undefeated on the road. 5-0. Still have two road divisional games and Chicago. Have beaten Seattle on the road, then a bunch of rags (though St Louis is looking better), but that's still impressive.

OK hosers here it is:

After 11 games, Barry The Beast Church has the same amount of interceptions by himself (2) that Earl Thomas and Cam Chancellor have combined.

There is not one fucking person in this forum who would have believed that before the season started.

That winning the toss and electing to start the game with a series that began with a three yard run, a 4 yard incompletion, an improbable loft to a triple covered Dez, and no first down was a clear example of why the 2014 Dallas Cowboys are once again in a better position to win a game if their own head coach makes no decisions at all? Is that the stat?

Then I agree.

Perfect scenario? Garrett never makes it to the game. Dallas defers to second half. Uses Murray for all necessary gains of 1-5 yards, which includes 3rd down and 4 and when Murray is gaining 49 yards on 11 carries and he is considered a valued source of victory.

But to your point, the stat in question is that the variables of the offense that contraindicated the Garrett predictability were the sole reason that Dallas won. Beasley, Hanna, and Dunbar. T-Willy fails to extend his hands, Dez was not allowed to run slants or high percentage passes and gadget plays worked.

It seems that everything "typically Garrett" put the game in jeopardy and every "atypically Garrett" preserved the chances of winning a game that should have never been that close.

Amazing stat?

Really?

Really?

Earl Thomas is a playmaking machine. You don't find it amazing that he has only 1 pick through 11 games and Barry freaking Church has 2?

And before you say it dimwit, no I am not saying that Barry Church is any way, shape or form better than Earl Thomas

Haha.

Yeah, because nobody would have thought those 2 would get so few.

It's not like 2 is setting the world on fire, David. Unpitch that tent.

I don't remember Barry's first int but there was nothing impressive about his second.

Wasn't an int because he baited the QB or made a great break on the ball or had good coverage. It was a horribly thrown pass to a wide open receiver in the middle of the field who tipped the ball into the air, making for an easy int.

Larry Brown had twice as many ints as Deion Sanders in Super Bowl XXX. Larry still sucks.
