He's a great player but he reportedly has a hip injury. Scares the shit out of me that we get him and then his play falls off the globe.

If healthy though and the price were right (it cannot be that much, he is a free agent after this season and I think the restructure he signed forbids Cinci from tagging him after the season) he'd be a nice add. Ultra productive pass rusher and good v the run.

If they trade for Hendrickson will be interesting to see if MLB Logan Wilson is included in the deal.

I hope the Jerruh does not trade away picks for any players. He needs to ship out players and acquire whatever picks he can get. There is nothing that will fix this defense this year. The defense need to be completely overhauled and no single player will make a dent this year. Better to rebuild through draft and supplement next year through free agency. The fix should start with GM Jerruh stepping aside( not going to happen) and the firing of Matt Eberflus ( will happen) as well as trading/cuttring players that have no talent or bad attitudes. News to everyone ( you already know) ….. this team is going nowhere this season. Stick a fork in em…. They are done!

And the strong just keep getting stronger! Amazing what a competent GM and quality head coach can do for an organization! This is tough for me to admit because I hate the Eagles and especially Siriani but they have their stuff together organizationally. They are leaving everyone in the dust.

If he's trading for one yr rentals, agree.

If they are trading for a solid to good player or players that will be here multiple yrs, then there's nothing wrong with it.

I think any possible trade(s) should depend upon tonight's result. At 4-4-1 you can justify doing something to get better. At 3-5-1, and with how tough the remaining schedule is, I would only look to move players out. But we know Jerry does not think like this. In his eyes we're always a contender.

Breaking- Cowboys HAVE made a trade. Sounds like at least 1 or 2 more being done tomorrow as well.

Jones did comment it was someone who would be on the field immediately. Theres a couple guys rumored to being actively shopped (like Hendrickson and Wilson from Bengals) but both those guys are hurt.

Interesting. There's certainly the Aaron Whitecotton connection. MLB Quincy Williams could potentially be part of this deal too, another Whitecotton favorite form his Jets days.
