Pratt's not surging at all. Matter of fact, he may lose the second spot and not make it to the runoff due to the mail in votes that keep flooding in.

What did SCOTUS rule on in the past year that had something to do with election integrity? Was it not in regards to this?

I think they heard the arguments but haven't released a ruling.....
